We are currently seeking suitably qualified Teachers and Educators to join the team, to help grow our Long Day Care Service.

 

Part-time and Full-time permanent, and casual positions are available dependent on current qualifications and experience levels.

Centre Manager/Director – Expressions of Interest

 

You will have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire the team of early childhood educators along with creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with families and the surrounding community. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre, such as administration, compliance, health & safety and staff development, in line with Service policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.

 

Essential:

  • ACECQA approved Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Early Childhood Teaching), or Diploma in Children’s Services

  • Previous leadership experience within an Early Childhood setting (working with children 0-5 years), including as a Nominated Supervisor

  • Adaptable, flexible, resilient and able to respond positively to change, with excellent communication skills

Early Childhood Teacher

 

Essential:

  • Relevant ACECQA approved Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Early Childhood Teaching)

  • Previous recent experience working with children with disability and/or developmental delay desired

​

​

​

Early Childhood/Early Intervention Educator

 

Essential: 

  • Certificate III in Disability Support and/or Early Childhood Education and Care

  • Previous recent experience working with children with disability and/or developmental delay

​

Diploma Qualified Educator

 

Essential: 

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

  • Previous recent experience working with children with disability and/or developmental delay

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

Those looking to update qualifications from a Certificate III to a Diploma by way of a traineeship are encourage to apply.

Certificate III Educator

 

Essential: 

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

 

​

 

Please note all roles require the following:

  • Current Working With Children Check

  • Current 004 or 012 First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one prior to employment

  • National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one prior to employment

  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination
